专业擅长：

    所带领的团队专注于攻克肩关节功能障碍治疗中的核心科学难题和挑战，深入研究和开展了针对韧带和骨结构重建的一系列临床技术创新。在肩关节治疗方面处于省内领先水平，现已开展肩关节镜下冻结肩、肩袖撕裂和肩关节脱位等疾病的诊治，并在院内完成了首例Bristow-Latarjet-Bankart手术及反肩置换手术等肩关节领域内的复杂手术。针对老年骨质疏松肩袖损伤及青壮年肩关节脱位患者，团队结合基础与临床实践结果，创新性提出了自体骨软骨柱联合骨膜移植及涂层改性镍钛记忆合金锚钉等系列治疗方法。目前年手术数量约450余台，其中疑难、复杂病例占40%以上。
