个人简介
花晓琳,主任医师，教授，博士生导师，医学博士。同济大学附属第一妇婴保健院大产科主任。上海市卫健委优秀学科带头人。中国医促会妇产健康医学分会常委；中国研究型医院学会妇产科专委会常委；中国民族卫生协会培训部特邀专家；上海医学会妇产科分会委员兼秘书；上海妇产科分会产科学组组长；全国卫生产业企业管理协会抗衰老分会常务理事；上海市性教育协会理事；上海市医学会医疗事故鉴定专家库专家。2014.9～2015.10加拿大渥太华大学及2017年法国APHP访问学者。作为项目负责人，主持包括3项国家自然科学基金在内的多项科研基金，近年来以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文47篇，其中SCI论文38篇，累计影响因子超过150分。2022年获得上海市卫健委卫生健康学科带头人项目。2021年获上海市卫生健康系统先进工作者称号。2016年获新华医院“杰出青年”称号。2015年入选新华医院“优秀青年医学人才”培养计划和上海市高校中青年教师国外访学计划。2015年入选上海市高校中青年教师国外访学计划和新华医院“优秀青年医学人才”培养计划。
专业擅长
申请人临床工作近20年，长期从事妇产科临床医疗、教学与科学研究，擅长胎盘源性疾病、孕期感染、产前诊断和盆腔脏器损伤修复的病因学研究及临床处理，对难产及危重孕产妇救治有丰富经验。其任职的上海市第一妇婴保健院是我国最早成立的省市级妇幼保健院之一、上海市首批三级甲等专科医院。产科是首批国家临床重点专科，国家母婴安全示范先进单位，年分娩量连续多年居上海首位、全国前列。
申请人长期从事妇产科临床和基础研究，主要研究方向为胎盘源性疾病及产后盆底损伤，着重于子痫前期的发病机制、预测和防治以及盆腔脏器损伤的发病机制及修复的研究。
